About Vaginal pH Imbalance: Vaginal pH Imbalance is as soon as the pH of the vagina fluctuates from the ordinarily slightly acid pH 3.8 - 4.2. The typical environment may help retard the development of pathogenic microbes. If the vaginal pH grows to above 4.5 it is recognized as alkaline and can result from bacterial overgrowth.
